Non Urban Challenges

This was originally titled as a question:

Can the challenges and issues of Sault Ste. Marie represent the challenges and issues of non-urban communities in the district and Northern Ontario?

This topic was combined with Chief Isadore Day and his topic of forming partnerships with the agreement of both he and Howard Whent as it seemed that the two had a strong relationship.

The consensus was that the challenges and issues of smaller communities are too diverse to be represented by a large urban centre such as Sault Ste. Marie.
