My name is Kim Silk, and I'm the Data Librarian at the Martin Prosperity Institute, a think-tank at the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management.

Having grown up in small-town Southern Ontario, I'm interested in how smaller cities can attract prosperity and become better at communicating the benefits of small-town living.
